What hardware limitations? it does have the radios required. And about one ui core: Samsung m40 has one ui core. It came with 4g+ pre loaded. Samsung A50 has OneUi. It did not have 4g+, they enabled through ota update

one ui core itself have Hardaway limitations...but not for 4g+ but if developers simply ignored put modules in bootloader of custom rom from factory version,,then i don't think that they will unlocked it in core .... from 1 year or 2 year nearby peoples shouting to input that .....now also it's not implemented so I think they will never give or unlock it

yah but only you can send feedback... if in future they will unlocked it then it will be great only because m51 have all of the criteria to handle that
