This is because of last buggy software update, change motherboard for 6k-8k and never choose Samsung again

Bhai latest update hai aur mother board me koi problem nahi hai aur memory bhi 35gb hi use hai

Issa aapko lagta he, meko bhi phele issa hi lagta tha. Service centre jao, i am 100% sure they would say motherboard problem. Aap akele nahi ho bahut sare users ko same problem aayi.
