I too had the same problem in M21
Got it fixed from Samsung care store.

I also use m31 and I am very satisfied with and not facing any kind of restart/freeze issue. Don't know why this is happening in some M series devices. Faulty motherboard/ram at the time of manufacturing might be the reason.
