My Phone SAMSUNG M30s purchased on 21/01/2020 with IMIE no:351832/11/324895/0 & 351833/11/324895/8 is hanged, display screen lightly cracked at the corner of phone. I approached Your service man in tirupati, Andhrapradesh state. He says that software can't be updated due to mother board problem. It cost about rs 5500. I informed him it is in guarentee. But, he said the amount is to be paid. I request you to pl look into the subject and approve to rectify the defect for free of cost as it is in warranty period. Did your issue got addressed? No one is going to give **bleep** here. Motherboard is covered in Warranty. The service center ppl delaying it purposefully. Post about this pathetic brand in social media. Every 1 in 3 users are facing the same issue. My Warranty is over and lost my 12k because of this sloppy device and say no to Samsung for rest of your life
