After the recent update which was received in the last month I.e., December 2019, the phone was hanging very much. Not only mine, even my friends m30's are also hanging. Samsung must do something to resolve this.
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Make sure that 20% internal storage is free for which clear the RAM memory and storage of device (Settings > Device care > Memory/Storage > Clean Now).
2- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app > click on “+“icon > send feedback > Error report/Ask Questions).
Bro just do one thing it will definitely help you.. just do reset setting which you can get in general management of your samsung setting it will solve your problem ..it only resets your settings nothing else.. it works for me..
