Samsung m20 takes forever to charge

1. Do I have the original charger? Ans: Yes

2. Did I try a different cable? Ans: Yes

3. Do I have excessive apps? Ans: No

4. Did I reset my phone? Ans: Countless time.

5. Did I charge phone shutdown as Samsung asked me to? Ans: Yes

6. Did I clear the dust in charging port? Ans: Yes

In conclusion, none of them worked. It took 10 hours to charge just 40% last night. The customer service is lazy af. It's like they doesn't care. And this would be the last Samsung I buy.

Maybe charger is damaged....Try a new charger from the Samsung authorized service....

Yo, did you read it carefully? I changed everything. Doesn't work. Even went to the customer service. They couldn't do **bleep**.

Also I mentioned I visited the Customer Service. And they do check with different adapter & cable. Then they said me to **bleep** because they don't know what to do & told me to wait for update.

It has a small solution just reflash the firmware using odin the "interchupipi" style as there may be corrupt sectors in the storage that's why it is causing so problem

How do I do that? It's seem to be complicated.

Not at all just install odin on your computer connect your phone follow the steps from google. It is very easy I even do that in every 6 months as it significantly improves performance

Insert the charger charge for sometime then restart the mobile and see.
