Samsung galaxy m30 problems after one UI 2.0 and android 10 update

After updating the device , there are certain times when the the screen does not pick finger  touch and the item is not selected.  The screen area doesn't work in some parts . Some functions are not are working as before

I too have been facing similar issues, as the phone stop responding properly...its not functioning as earlier......some parts of the screen is not working....and even after reset, its not working.

same issue... unable to acces photos through gallery and this error dialog doesn't allow you to do anything on phone smoothly.... so annoying....

try factory reset , by making a backup first through smart switch, and then restore your data, and use the original navigation bar , (dont use the slider type of navigation bar ) , it worked for me
