Samsung galaxy f62 battery backup

This is f62's battery backup from 100-30 without gaming..only used OTT platforms,video players, social media sites like Facebook, whatsapp, instagram, telegram,reddit,twitter. Did video calling for 30 mins and normal call for 1.30 hrs. I have faith in samsung that with time and updates my phone will perform better.

Brother first of all you are using LTE connection, after that the video call !! Specially the video call over LTE network eats up a whole lot battery !! So i would say 20 hrs is more then average backup !!

Can relate to this i have m51 whole day on lte as i am med student and in covid rest for us has become a crime

my ideal time battery drain for 10 hours is 11%!!!! so this means even if I don't use my device for 3 days it will still loose all battery. I have put apps in deep sleep too. there is definitely something wrong with my device. the temperature always shows as 36 or 37 minimum even when no task is running. my room temperature is like 28.

I am purchase f62 on 12 Oct.. battery backup only 7 hours ....I am using only YouTube video..social media..online lesson. Plz give me suggestion...refund or replace
