Samsung galaxy M30s restarting problem

Guys my phone is automatically restarting.Dont know what is the reason.Can anyone say a solution for this?Why is it happening? Is it a bug issue?it is really irritating....after disabling  auto restart  also it's still restarting

What to do if auto restart is already switched off ? My device keeps restarting in an interval of 5 mins ! Just need to pick it up and boom it's gone again.

i have done everything you said but it is still happening after i disabled auto restart and auto optimization

My M30s restarting continuously day and night after 5 minutes. I have changed auto optimization off, auto restart off, auto mallard off.

Factory Reset done but nothing is working.

Please  help me out.

NO, it's not a bug. I personally recommend you to use this feature since it will Optimise your phone automatically once a day.
Background apps will be closed, but not your
most recently used apps, and unnecessary
files will be deleted. This won't affect your
personal data.

Your phone will only be optimised if your
screen is off and your phone isn't in use. For
best results, schedule optimisation for a time
when you don't usually use your phone.

I saw this feature in Optimization menu and I saw there even time is set to 3am and it seems to get restart in same time slot. I will see if I make it OFF and then if my phone stops this issue.

Additionally, if this is a feature not a bug then good so far.

A small problem is that after getting restart the phone, alarm tone sets to ring-tone until phone is not unlocked by entering PIN, which gives a **bleep** illusion of a call. Samsung rectify this as well in next update.

Device Care> Auto Optimization, making this OFF also cannot stop device restarting. It might be issue then. Customers like me having this problem should share this post and talk to Samsung service care so that they can know this issue persist with several customers. I talked him and sending them an email referring this post.
