It seems that the youtuber ESTechno has shared the apk of the full One UI samsung Notes app in one of his videos.

He installed it on M31s, which still hasn't received that update till now, and has shared the apk.

Now I'm in a dilemma, whether I should install it now, or wait for the official update on my M31s🤣
