Yeah, this may sound silly, but my Samsung members app, from this morning, had stopped working until now. All I got was this loading screen( SS attached)and I never go

t past it. I tried clearing cache and data, but it didn't help.
What worked for me was connecting to a vpn.
I'm writing this post while being connected to the same. Also the app stops working after the vpn is disconnected. 
Is anyone here facing the same issue? It's like either you're booted from the app or the app is banned from your country.
I'm on a galaxy M30s btw.

Sometime its due to server error.

You can also use web version if you're facing error in App- https://r2.community.samsung.com

I faced almost similar issue. It was only working when connected to wifi.
Everything went back to normal after somedays.

 Log in Samsung Members app > Click “+ button” at the bottom right > Click “Send feedback” > Click “Error reports” > Add detail of symptom and attach the system log data (click checkbox)

 

*When you abstract the log file. Please check off the pop-up message: log file delivered
