Samsung Members app keeps stopping.

My samsung members app keeps stopping.

I have tried clearing cache and data.I have also tried reinstalling the app but the problem still persists.

Currently i am using browser to open samsung members website.

Please give any solution.

ya I'm facing this same problem with my samusung member and I send this comment with my other samsung phone in which no such problem but in my phone samsung member showing 'keep stoping! i think it is technical problem not worry about it

I'm also facing this issue on my galaxy note 20 ultra! I don't know why the Samsung members app is not responding.

click and hold(samsung member app)- app info-storage- clear data
and everything is ok

There was some issue. It has been resolved now. It was with all the users.
