Battery optimization helps you to boost the battery performance of your device. To check battery optimization:
Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory
Kindly turn off the smart features of the device and other connectivity features when not in use, which will eventually help you to reduce battery power consumption (smart features such as Motion gestures in advance feature and Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Hotspot, etc.).
Please follow the below steps: 1. Swipe down on the home screen to open the notification panel. 2. Tap on Bluetooth, Location/GPS, Wi-Fi, Mobile hotspot, NFC, etc. to turn off.

Bluetooth playback bug is being faced by all m53 users after ui5.0 update, firstly there are no 3.5mm jack in m53 secondly after ui5.0 we can't even listen music or watch videos using bluetooth playback devices and as far optimization option you have suggested i have already enabled it since the day i had purchased m53, because before m53 i had m31 but m31 being older is far better than m53 in performance and battery optimization though it has 6000 mah battery but the optimization that m31 has is far better than your latest m series m53.
