No one can tell you the exact date even the Customer Care executives. Please have patience, oneday we will also receive an update. Maybe Samsung wants give us some special gifts, who knows?

I'm from Europe and I still have the August security patch (phone purchased in Germany directly from Samsung).
M51 owners are kind of being left in the dark...
