Hi there is no official way to downgrade.
You will have to research about it online and it will include you manually downloading the firmware you need and installing it to your device using a windows app called Odin.

Read about it and see. There is no official way to do it and you may end up damaging your phone if you don't do it correctly.

Good luck!

It is technically possible to downgrade Android 11 to Android 10 on Samsung Galaxy devices, but it can be a complex and risky process. Samsung and other Android device manufacturers do not provide official support for downgrading software versions, and attempting to do so can result in loss of data, software bugs, or even bricking your device.

If you still want to proceed with downgrading, you would need to find the correct firmware version for your device and flash it using Samsung's Odin software, a PC program that can be used to flash firmware files onto Samsung devices. However, this process requires a good understanding of the software, and it can be difficult to find the correct firmware version for your device.

It's always recommended to consult with a professional before attempting any software downgrade, and to back up all important data before proceeding with any software changes.
