When your phone is overheating, there are a few things you can do to cool it down and prevent any potential damage:

Turn off your phone: The first thing you can do is turn off your phone. This will prevent any further damage and allow the phone to cool down.

Remove any case or cover: If your phone is overheating, it's possible that its case or cover is trapping heat. Removing it will allow the heat to dissipate.

Avoid direct sunlight: If your phone is in direct sunlight, move it to a shaded area. This will prevent it from getting even hotter.

Close background apps: Running too many apps in the background can cause your phone to overheat. Close any apps that you're not using to help reduce the load on your phone's processor.

Uninstall unused apps: Uninstall any unused apps as they can also cause your phone to overheat.

Turn off unused features: Turn off any unused features such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS to reduce the load on your phone's processor.

Keep it in a cool place: If you can, place your phone in a cool place such as a refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes. This will help to cool it down quickly.

If your phone continues to overheat even after trying these steps, it may be a good idea to take it to a professional for further diagnosis and repair.

Try removing the back cover whenever you're in your house and make sure to be nearby a fan when you use it extensively specially gaming
