Samsung M31S - Motherboard issue

I had been using M31S last 14months , yesterday the phone went blank and when i took to the service center they informed me that the mother board is having issue. for mother board replacing will cost around 8.5k 

I have invested 22000 for this phone and my money along  with the trust on the Samsung products has been lost.

It is because of last buggy software update, change motherboard for 6k-8k and never choose Samsung again. Even Brand ambassadors including @CrazyBoy28 raised this on senior level, but Samsung ignored them, what can we do apart from never choosing samsung again and giving them lesson in form of dropping down sales.
