Samsung M31 overheating, hang and multiple reboot issues

The latest update has caused overheating when using phone for the slightest time. This overheating in turn has caused freezing and restart of phone multiple times in a day. 

Some parameters for dev debugging: 

1. Samsung M31 model 

2. One UI 3.1 

3. Indian model so Exynos chipset 

4. Room temperature is normal so that can be eliminated as a cause 

5. Heating is localised in the upper part of the phone which indicates processor heat(?) 

6. Power saving mode has restricted cpu to 70%. And with constant care by simply absorbing heat has enabled me to avoid multiple restarts. This also suggests the latest update has destabilised the optimisation present in previous updates

Yes. M31 get quarterly updates so June update was done in first week of june

sad news from you and all users like me. Why samsung downgrade it performa and add many problems and bugs day by day from new update . I hate this samsung . Please solve it.

If You Are Facing Freezing & Restarting Issue , Your Motherboard Fault, U Need To Replace Your Motherboard , If Mob Is Under Warranty Go To Service Center replacement is free, otherwise it cost 6k

Particularly only your device is facing some heating & lagging issues. There are several reasons which allow this to occur. First cause could be the applications that are eating your device precious resources even if your device is in idle or sleep mode. Identify the apps and disable background data. Secondly you are not using the genuine charger & cable and last could be the faulty PCB which can only be rectified by Samsung Service Centre
