Samsung M31 bugs to be fixed urgently (No sound, videos play in auto fast-forward, UI problem),

I purchased Samsung M31 and received on 26.05.2020.

The phone worked well till 13.06.2020 (except hang issue on 2-3 occasions)

Then the issue started.

Got the message "One UI system app  not working", calls not getting connected and phone got hanged and after some time automatically switched off with SAMSUNG logo in black blinking.

There after when phone switched on there was no sound, videos in youtube when played, they were mute and played in auto fast forward mode. And videos in WhatsApp  or other apps, not playing.

Even sms could not be sent. Camera photos can be clicked but videos cannot be recorded by using camera video option.

The phone was given for repair at service center from 15.06.2020 to 29.06.2020 (At Om Telecom, Kalyan), the problem solved. But again on 04.07.2020, same problem started and for some time phone was getting charged, even after connecting to the charger or it was very slowly charging even fast charging is on.

And the device had no voice for 2 days and again problem solved and again on 11.07.2020, the phone was having same problem.

So, I went to service center on 13.07.2020 (Raj Teleservices, Mulund), there standing in queue for 2 hours, phone again started, and they told to come again when problem appears, as they can not detect the same.

And after coming home at 7pm, the problem again started. So, I visited service center on 15.07.2020 (Open on every alternate days due to Covid-19 lockdown). And there they updated the software and the phone started.

And again on 16.07.2020 phone was having same problem. I found settings on Samsung community members and done the settings (Photo attached herewith)Samsung M31 steps.png

 

The phone worked well next 10 days ie till 27.07.2020.

I received update for Samsung M31 (Security level 01 july 2020), and updated the same on 26.07.2020.

On 27.07.2020, at 10 am the phone again started having no sound problem.

I tried to do the settings, 2-3 times but the problem persisted.

I switched off the phone for 15  minutes and then switched on and the problem solved.

but I fear that the phone may have the problem of no sound, UI system app not working, videos getting played in auto fast-forward mode.

I had really suffered a lot due to this phone.

Even service center people are not able to diagnose the problem completely and in times of covid-19 and lockdown and waste the time unnecessarily and have to wander here and there for such silly problem of such great Samsung company  (???) phone.

Apart from this idiotic problem there is no other problem.

It seems that it is software bug/issue (as per other members view in the community and software center guys).

I am really harassed and felt cheated and fed up with this problem.

Even the software update (Security level 01 July 2020) is not able to solve this problem.

Really Samsung is no more caring about the quality and quality of the products and doing enough testing of the phone before the launch.

Now Samsung guys will look into the matter and fix up the bug/issue in their next software update at the earliest, if they are having little shame & care.

This appears to be an isolated case of a defective device. While I would truly sympathise with you for having to face the issue, I would ask you ask for device replacement st the earliest.
The fact that the issue is recurring despite repairs by service centre indicates some deep rooted problem.
Get in touch with higher authorities or samsung care directly and get the phone replaced.

This is not isolated case, there are many cases just like me. (U may find on Google or Samsung community)
It's a software bug, that needs to be sorted out.

I had the same problem for almost 6 months.. I went to service center 5 times and Samsung guys were not able to solve it. But finally It got solved. I used the 'auto restart' option and arranged a restart everyday morning. Now the problem is solved once and for all..

my Facebook videos first play for 3seconds and again it's start playing from beginning. please let me know why it's happening so and give some solution so that I can fix problem
