Samsung M31 Issues i m facing

Hello members...

I have purchased M31 6gb ,128gb on 23rd aug2020, I am facing below issues  from day 1 after  following all the steps provided  by Samsung support team.

1. Speaker 🔊  not working intermittently 
2. Internet very slow with my airtel SIM which is working perfect  in other handset
3. Phone is getting hang , slow many times
4.0 to 100%charging is taking more than 3 hrs .
Plz advice if any....

Factory reset your mobile immediately.
before resetting please back up your data.
