where is the update for Samsung M30s.... even the old model A50 got update... new model m30s didn't get update ....

small small mobiles are getting android 10 update.... my phone didn't get it ... I'didnt even get the security update ... my last security's update was at November 11 till now i didn't get the update

Actually the policy of company is like that... whenever a new UI version is ready the firstly give beta testing to flagship devices, then when stable update are ready they start providing like -) Flagship (newly launched) 😃 then after basic (of all times) 😃 Flagship (old devices) 😃 Middle range 😃 In last above middle and below flagship range devices like M30s, A50s, A70, A80, etc..

see the pic ... last security update on ... November... samsung A50 got the January security update in Feb,,,, I didn't get the December update

Galaxy A50 is in monthly security update schedule and M30s is in Quarterly security update schedule, so M30s will only get updates in every 4 months, whereas A50 gets every month..
