Dear All,

Since last 2 weeks while using earphone all of sudden "Ok Google opens up & Music start playing automatically" 2which creates lots of problem.

Please help me out, either I've to reset my phone or need to go Samsung care.

i also face that problem sometimes in my M20

go to Google and disable voice command " ok Google "

This problem occurs due to earphones. Try switching to original earphones or a good quality earphones. previously i was facing the same issue, after changing my earphones the issue got solved.

Already using JBL earphones and also tried other earphones, still facing same issue.

Follow this method,

1. Go to settings > google > search assistant & voice > google assistant > phone 


2. Turn off 'google assistant'
