Can you also add Samsung Note features to it.

Like Dex on windows and link to windows feature.

Full version of camera pro mode ( shutter control is not available) 

Volume rocker change similar to stock pie with some Samsung touch old volume rocker is not good for one hand use.

That's sad , I heard Note 10 got oneui 2.0 beta , Samsung should also release it for M30s , they improved hardware but their service for budget smartphones is sill same as always not good!

The One UI 2.0 beta is bundled with Android 10 beta. This means that till Samsung does not roll out the Android 10 beta or stable release for your model, it is impossible to get One UI 2.0 alone.

As for features of Note 10 like DEX support and others, that completely depends on the hardware of the phone. Even the Galaxy S9 does not have a complete native support for DEX like the Note 10 does. The only model to get the complete DEX is S10 as it's hardware is pretty similar to that of Note 10. So for such features, all boils down to the memory and processing power.

Finally, currently the only phones that are being supplied with the Android 10 beta and One UI 2.0 beta are the Note 10 and Galaxy S10 series. that too is subject to limited availability and is region specific.

Ok can't support Dex due to hardware ,then what about camera my dad's honor7x has Full pro mode and what about and Goodlock i.e only for US why ?

if they would give flagship features to budget smartphones then what the point of calling them flagship.. why to charge 60k for flagship and 14k for budget smartphones
