Samsung M30s randomly restarts

Hello all,. I have bought a new galaxy M30s last week and it had been rebooting randomly. I have tried clearing the the app cache and bunch of other suff that didn't really help. Since this is a brand new device, what are my options to get this replaced ?

1. Approx how much time it keeps on?
2. Have you tried factory reset?
3. Is power button being pressed by wrong case/cover?
4. Any particular app or thing you noticed when it gets restarted?

1) It varies, once it rebooted in an hour then the other time it was up and running for 2 days.

2) yes when i noticed this first time I had done a factory reset

check auto restart settings under device care, if it's on turn it off

No need to worry.Turn off auto restart if it is on.If problem still continues fix an appointment with nearby service center,go there with your purchase bill,they will fix it.

thanks for all your replies.. reaching out to the online retailer for this since it is within the time window for replacement
