Galaxy M
I have purchased Samsung M30s and after using for 1 year and 3 month it gets an update of Android 11 and just after it get installed successfully. My device started restarting automatically again and again just after 4-5minutee usage. Then I contacted to customer care center they told device to software update your motherboard is no more it cost 9500rs to repair it.
I was laughing like seriously due to your update my device is damaged and still I have to pay.
This device was my last smartphone from Samsung. Now I will never perform this mistake again

How it could be?
Go to the Service Centre, and show to them.
There is no solution to these problems on call.
