My phone Samsung M30s is continuously keeps on restarting, I have done factory reset, then also issue not resolved, I am fed up of this issue, Kindly provide me solution for this, bought this phone on 1st October 2019, within 6 months this phone have become kind of headache & burden in this lockdown,
Kindly provide solution for this & don't tell me to visit service center as all are already closed.
Me too. The phone was working fine till this started happening on 26/5/20. This is very furstrating and was not expected from a device from a company like Samsung. As a student attending online classes with all my important documents and notes in the phone, this problem is very damaging to my mental well being. I can't even backup Watsapp (inorder to perform a factory reset execting to solve the problem) as the phone keeps restarting on its own. Very bad experience from Samsung and this experience will serve as a deciding factor when buying my next phone.

To resolve auto restart issue please follow below given steps:
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.
