Hi,

My phone Samsung M30s is continuously keeps on restarting, I have done factory reset, then also issue not resolved, I am fed up of this issue, Kindly provide me solution for this, bought this phone on 1st October 2019, within 6 months this phone have become kind of headache & burden in this lockdown,

Kindly provide solution for this & don't tell me to visit service center as all are already closed.

To resolve auto restart issue please follow below given steps:

Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

My auto restart was never  on...i have software updated, tried the safe mode....it is restarting in safe mode also...i bought samsung fr d first time n i regret it ....i have strongadvised my family n frnds never to buy samsung...i even tried the trouble shooting as adv by d custmr care

I had this restart and crash issue. I have done this step and my restart stopped and crashed stopped.

 

1) Settings --> Wallpaper --> Wallpaper services --> Select as None. 

2) Settings --> Device care --> click on : (three dots) --> Advanced --> Auto restart off.

 

Restart Phone once.

Dear Samsung India, Please understand the serious concern of Manufacturing defect in Samsung M30s Model, since yesterday I had too started facing the same issue. 

Suggested solution by you is not helpful, there is no such app we are able to find at PlayStore.  Request you to look -into it seriously and give us some permanent solution.

On 26 Samsung upgraded UI for M30s, got messages for same, from that time restarting problem started.
Think that upgrad done on 26th May is responsible for all this issues...
