I'm facing a black screen problem when I launch the camera app, it started by frontal camera and now both are not working.......only full black screen...... Please samsung , obviously there is a problem with the last android 10 update , so try to fix it
Kindly follow these below mentioned troubleshooting steps to resolve camera issue:-
1) Reset camera settings: Click Camera > Go to Camera Settings > Reset Settings. 2) Clear camera app data: Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Select Storage > Clear Data and click OK.
