After the latest update, whenever you try to open the camera, the phone gets hanged for a minute or two. It responds very slowly. Also there's a black vignette type of spot at the bottom right side of the picture whenever you try to take wide angle pictures. The color/hue also changes when you change to wide angle shot.
Can anyone tell me why is this happening? If I am not wrong, this is the software issue.

yup this is a software issue.this issue could be because you downloaded the update through mobile network.it is recommended that while downloading software update download it by wifi.i think you should wait till april for the android 10 update

Ignoring the wifi logic, I guess he was right in the point that there can be a bug in the latest update and we have to wait for the next release to see if the issue is fixed

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Reset camera settings (Open camera app > Camera settings > reset settings).

2- Settings > apps > camera > storage > clear cache.

3- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

4- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
