Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Reset camera settings (Open camera app > Camera settings > reset settings).
2- Settings > apps > camera > storage > clear cache.
3- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.
4- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).
