Samsung M30S phone restart

My new samsung M30S phone restarts automatically. Happens randomly. Any one facing same issue

Are your auto restart and auto optimization turned off in settings?

I am also using M30s. no random restart. only auto restart at night 3 am bcoz i have turned on auto restart at 3 am

Do you use your phone at night past 1-2am?

Using phone at this time somehow cancels the auto restarting issue (auto restart is already off in settings).

auto restart is off and auto optimization is ON. Does it make any difference?

turn off auto optimization also and see. if it still restarts then either you have to do factory reset or you have to go to service center

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps:

>Ensure that your device is getting restart after installing any particular application. IF yes then check the device by uninstalling that application.

>Disable scheduled auto-restart if available in your device. (Go to settings>>General management>>Reset>>Auto restart>>disable.

>Check your device performance in Safe mode.

tried this, still after the update to android 10 , my m30s restarts on its own once a day
