M30 will never get One Ui 3.0 as it has already completed its 2 major OS updates ( android 9 & 10 )

Samsung provides 2 major OS updates to their midrange devices.

It doesnt matter with which android OS you have purchased the phone, it matters with which android OS the phone was launched.

Samsung promised only 2 major OS updates for its midrange devices.
M30 already got its 2 major OS updates which were android 9 and 10
