Samsung M30 persisting software issue

• I bought M30 an year back. Warranty is just over hence i have no choice but to see the cell re-boots every then n now.

Why can't Samsung fix the SW issue of Andr10/11 platform or give exchange offer for another Samsung model?

Finally, it matters to 'SAMSUNG' brand which Company should care about.
