1. Click long press on camera icon than click then clik app info - then clik storage and there you see clear data and clear cache. click both option and try. and chek also apps permissions.
2. If it's not working reset your phone settings only. Go settings- General management - Reset settings only.
3. Chek your software update.
4. if that 3 steps not working contact service centre.
