Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-
1) Perform the clear cache of the app (Go to settings>>apps>>Instagram >>clear cache).
2) Do the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).
3) Do the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting).
4) Check the update of the application.
5) Please once contact the app provider.
