After updating Android 10,

My galaxy M30 is not able to open camera app.

Everytime I open the camera app, the screen goes black and the app exits saying that "You cannot use more than one application that uses camera"

 

I  did a factory reset as well. But nothing solved. This is really frustrating now.

I wish I could rollback to Android Pie.
If anyone found solution, please let me know

I have tried every possible solution on the internet but no luck.
I even did a factory reset. But nothing.This is really frustrating now. I wish I could rollback to Android Pie.
If anyone is facing the same issue after the update, please let me know

Go to the the nearest service centre, if you want that to be fixed.

or use Smart switch to reflash your device, but make a nite backup all your data because it will be formatting your phone and YOU'LL NEED A PC FOR THAT.

Visit nearest service centre to get this issue resolved.

My m30 phone also behaves the same. This issue should be resolved soon.

Settings >Apps >Camera >Storage >Clear Data.
