Samsung M21 Heating Issue and Battery life

I just update my samsung m21 last day. But i am facing heating issue in top of the display. And battery life also decrease.  So what should i do now?

I am also facing same issue there is heating issue even if you are just playing music with full volume.

i did not update my phone bcoz users are complaining. Hopefully they will resolve it in next update

After update phone heats for few days and then settles for normat temperature. Happens with me too. It syncs alot.
