Samsung M20 causing very hyper screen touch input and lagging too.

I don't know why the touch input if Samsung m20 is so hyper sometimes and also lazy laggy sometimes. I am confused about it. Please cure this phone. I love this phone. Finding it hard to resale it because of emotional attachment.
