I think this update is precursor to another Security Patch.

Idk if you have noticed, my M30s received March security patch first. One week later, One UI 2.0 update was received with same patch.

Similarly, my Galaxy A20 received April Security Patch, then 4 days later, One UI 2.0 was pushed out. I'm not exactly sure that is the case here but, maybe it can be true.
