In my new m30 phone during video call voice isn't audible to the other side person. What could be the problem.

Check the permissions for the videocall app.

"Microphone" permission should be granted to that app.

You can check this in app's info.

Settings->Apps->Find that app->Permissions->Check here.

If your mic works for all other apps then this must be the issue.
