No but android 11 was spotted in M31s and is also listed in wifi certification so we can expect android 11 in this month.

Thank you for your information. But one thing amazed me is that, M21 didn't get screen recorder with Android 11 update. What's your thought on that? Will Samsung provide screen recorder in next UI update or not?

in android 11 screen recorder is inbuilt feature but I don't know why samsung not giving it.
About getting screen recorder, only samsung knows
