I am suffering problem of Auto Restart frequently in my Galaxy M31s mobile purchased in September 2020.


I have already done FACTORY RESET but the problem doesn't solve.

I have come to know that there are many customers of M31s having same problem of Auto Restart.

This is the company fault in M31s mobile phone.

I recommend to never buy Samsung mobile having motherboard poor quality.😥😥

You should visit the samsung service center. May be resolve if update the software or exchange the device.
