#OTG_PROBLEM.. 

I can't connect otg on this phone.. when i enter "Usb Backup" app than a popup massage show that "USB backup is not supported from R OS onwords"

But i checked my phone with otg support app.. app said it support OTG .. but when i connect a pendrive through a otg , it was not showed in phone.. 

What to do? Many of user face this problem like me.. 

Please give me a solution..

Visit shop and try different otg i too faced this problem as samsung doesnt support all kinds of otg

Please make sure you're using the proper OTG that's the wired OTG of good brand or the Big size OTG adapters
