Hi Team Samsung, 

I have purchased samsung m31 on 9th july 2020 , from 1st sept 2020 i have facing an issue of device not detecting Samsung charger, and from other charger it is just connecting but not able to charge my phone, tried all possible option given on internet bellow is list  

1. checked in safe mode - not detecting charger and not charging with other charger

2. Factory reset is done 

3. factory reset is with hard reset

4. wipe cache data and partitions

5. charge with other charger (connecting but not charging)

6. Samsung charger can charge other devices

 

Please help me what is issue , due to corona situation not able to visit service center.

charged with other charger is not a solution
as this is under warranty you should go to service centre and get replace your charger
this is a matter of physical inspection of this is due to manufacturing defect they will give you new one

this Samsung charger can charge other phone perfectly then i do not think there is need of change in charger, but i think need to visit service center .

so may be fault of yours phone charging port
so in any case you need to go service centre

there's something wrong with charging slot so u'll need to visit the service center, no other option

other chargers are connecting but not charging mobile

Try connecting the charger and restart the mobile and see.
