Samsung Galaxy M30 battery drains fast - After Android 10 update

Before sleep battery was 94 % data is off. In the morning battery becomes 63% . But phone is idle Any software update is required.

Previously used to come for 2 days, once fully charged.

Now a days not even 1 day . Battery drains fast.

During night time google play services occupied more battery and runs in background around 5 hrs

software glitches present..possibly came during software update...it's because may you used mobile data or wifi..it's allaways better procedure to use smart switch or odin flash.....anyway do factory reset for now

Factory reset done. There is no use. still drains battery fast.
please confirm, why Google play services runs in background around 5hours, eventhough data is off during night time.

then you have to flash your last firmware from authorized Samsung service center or odin tools ...it's not only for Google play service....it's software glitch and holes...if software glitch present then none of the tips or tricks will help except firmware flash.....Samsung introduced smart switch that people's can get highest performance of devices but people doing same mistakes repeatedly and facing different types of issues in device ..software install simply by mobile data or non stable wifi is never ever the proper procedure or recommended there will be chances to get software holes by this only....don't worry just visit service center and flash your last firmware from them..it's absolutely free within warranty period of devices otherwise it will take rupees 236 only

one advice. To avoid software glitch during online update md5sum of downloaded files can be verified. If md5sum matches, proceed for update. otherwise abort the update. So software glitch must be avoided.

After updating firmware from authorized service center battery drains issue not resolved. kindly advice what to do next to resolve the issue

then you have to wait for next security patch....it's because if Samsung service center flashed firmware then it's the ultimate process they did...

how to flash and update new software using Samsung smart switch. Is there any documentation available. so that I can perform flashing using my Laptop itself

charge at normal not on fast charging. u will find in battery settings. all users complained of slow charging and drain fast. try it until next update
