Samsung Galaxy M21 Lagging issue

My Samsung galaxy M21 is lagging since 1 week continously. I am cleaning RAM every time but still facing same issue. Also I checked RAM and it's showing over utillilized but don't know why? I have same application but facing this issue since last week..

Take backup of your important data before it's too late.
Your phone may get automatic restart issue after some days.
Also try restarting the device.
