Samsung Galaxy M21 Freezes and then automatically restarts

Motherboard failure. ₹8000 if you want to get your phone repaired. 😆 I don't know why Samsung put such a ridiculous chipset which fails after software update. Its a real shame.

You are lucky then. I don't know about the situations in your locality, but if possible try to go to service centre as soon as possible.

My m21 also faced many problem after one ui 3.0 and it increased more in one ui 3.1 . Now we cannot use this device for taking photo and videos , overheating , automatic switch off and auto restart problem faced every time . I requested samsung but no answer . Please make solve video .
