Samsung Galaxy M21 Automatically getting switched off

 

For swicting on , we need to plug the charger and then only switch on.

2 month back I have purchased and this is a very potential problem for M21 6Gb ram and 128 Gb

Any body knows the solution Pl help.

Reboot it and check if its auto restart is on turn it off from device care. check for software updates

if auto restart option disble possible go to service center reinstall software or install via smart switch

Reset your phone. And visit the service center.

check in safemode first if there is no such problem then problem with your 3rd party apps

I am also facing the same issue, M21 is getting switched off automatically and in order to switch on we have to plug in the charger.

All of this is happening after the new software update from Samsung.

To resolve auto restart issue please follow below given steps:-
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
