      When will the device get April 2020 security updates and android 11 software update?

wait for next year for android 11 update, for april ask live service agents

they didn't provide me any solution

there is notification which says app updates are ready connect to wifi
I have connected with wifi but nothing happens.

this year they aren't solving any problems
but only saying factory reset the device
is the solution valid

That might be a glitch due to ur previous update, so better i follow their solution.

android 11 is still a distant dream just wait for it till end of August
as for Android 10 in may many devices are scheduled for a fresh rollout of update👍👍👍👍👍
