Samsung Galaxy M20 issue

I have purchased this phone in 2019 and now it is having issue. It is not charging with the original 15 W charger which came out of the box and not with other genuine Samsung chargers too. But the chargers are not faulty as my galaxy f62 is charging with both the chargers. But the phone is being charged with other brands charger only. What may be the problem?

Ha bro...bhut bugs hai or features bhi nhi dete ... makar nikle samsung wale....Every update ke bad kuch na kuch problems aate hi hai

Reset your device once. Before reset take a backup. If the problem persists visit service centre.
