Samsung please do something on Samsung M20's Touch issues and It keeps freezing in certain Apps. Please improve software update.
You helped some clients by changing their LCD's but some of us we can not get those We have no samsung shops in our Countries. Please do something.
I say its software because when Im typing sometimes the M20 changes my words while auto prediction is turned off, it re-arranges certain words when I will be typing
Hello, I have the same problem with my screen and it freezes and I have to lock and unlock to make things work.. lools like the problem started a few months ago after the last software upgrade. Please help me fix this issue. The phone becomes unusable after a minute of usage and i have to lock and unlock to use it for another minute.. tried all the steps mentioned here already but no use.
